Book a free consultation from any page or call us. We will discuss your plot, requirements and budget, visit the site if needed, and then share a scope of work and fee proposal.
The first consultation at our office or over a video call is free. Site visits outside Guwahati are charged at actual travel cost, which is adjusted against the design fee if you go ahead with us.
Fees are either a percentage of the construction cost or a lump sum based on the built-up area and the scope (architecture only, or architecture with interiors and site supervision). The amount is fixed in a written agreement before work starts.
A typical home takes 6 to 10 weeks from concept to construction drawings. Larger commercial or institutional projects take longer, depending on approvals and client review time.
Yes. We prepare the drawings and documents required by GMDA, GMC and other local authorities, and follow up on the application until the permission is issued.
We are design consultants, not contractors. We help you select a contractor, check their bills, and supervise the work on site so it matches the drawings and specifications.
All of Northeast India is in Seismic Zone V. Every project is designed with a qualified structural engineer as per the Indian codes for this zone, and we check the reinforcement on site before major concrete pours.
Yes. We work across the Northeast, including Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh and Nagaland, and take selected projects elsewhere in India.
Gorakhpur and Kushinagar’s in-home design studio — and we travel across eastern Uttar Pradesh for the right project.
